Regional Council is UNISON's annual decision making arena, with delegates from each branch discussing and debating issues such as PFI, equality, migrant workers and public sector cuts. At this year's event Theresa Kielt, from the RVH branch received the annual Cindy Fogarty Lifelong Learning Achievement Award.
