Marilou Pardilla was a Filipinno nurse working here who died tragically, leaving her family emotionally distraught and financially impoverished. UNISON sponsored a fundraising event in June 2007 featuring contributions from band Below Zero and members of the Filipinno community. It was a great afternoon of fun to celebrate the life of Marilou.
